Domestic (AU) Shipping Policy

-  Standard and Express Shipping Available (We use a combination of Sendle and Australia Post)

- Free shipping on orders over $100 up to 10kg (email us for bulk/ wholesale orders)

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays due to postal service problems. Unless there are exceptional unforeseen circumstances we make every effort to fulfil your order promptly. Shipping timeframes are provided by our courier service and vary depending on location.

You will receive an email notification surrounding delivery by our delivery provider.  If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@candlerescue.com.au.
